pls help with setting

i have become enamoured with regents and am wondering if this setting "Fine Line 4-Prong Solitaire Ring Designed by LE" would be suitable for an approx 0.7-0.9 carat.

i have rather small and short fingers and am on a limited budget, so am going for solitaire settings but do not really want a tiffany type setting.

am also wondering if any1 has seen this setting elsewhere, i have tried looking but am unable to find it other than from whiteflash/ platinum-rings.cc
