I’m lucky enough to own these old mine cut diamonds with old European cut cluster earrings. They sit in the original settings (so are a bit wonky) with posts which date to the 50’s but the diamond setting are Victorian 788E9B95-87C1-4F5D-AB88-A8F9620C1BA8.jpegF6CA46F5-0A38-4DF2-B125-0606FDACC6F7.jpeg

I purchased this 2.65 carat old European cut diamond in the hope of setting it in time for my 40th birthday this year

Thanks! I wear the earrings s most days. I was planning on setting the loose stone in a 3 stone ring with antique pear sides, but with everything going on I think it’s best I save my pennies.

In the beginning of this year, I was planning to buy me a good 3 ct ish OEC. I found it already but I let it go. It was so hard to do that but necessary given the time we live in now.
