Sounds like a great stone! ACA stones from what I have seen in the closeup pictures I've viewed online are GORGEOUS...with the great light return/IdealScope image and the Hearts and Arrows images being right on the money. If it is a good price for you, it sounds great to me.

It rates a 1.4 EX EX EX VG on the HCA which is a great score. The one thing to note is the Med Blue fluor, would ensure that the closeup of the stone does not look cloudy at all, that is pretty rare but would confirm it with the vendor. Otherwise it will probably make no difference at all to your naked eye--under special lighting sometimes it will glow!
