Awwh Petrock! Haha...I'm sure your black box is still lovely! I know what counts is what is inside, but still curious what the presentation is by various jewelers, I have only seen small portions of BGD boxes, I don't think I have seen an ERD box, but I have seen the Leon box, which looks very nice!!

I have/ had boxes that were plain "leather or leather like" or velvet. My grandma's ring came in a polished wooden box. I dropped it and broke it I tossed it though and now I'm wishing I hadn't- (I'm the opposite of a packrat.) Personally....... I don't really care what they come in for rings, they take up way too much room!

Now, my pearls on their other hand, I prefer a little bit of a nicer box since they spend most of their time in there... and are flat and I can stack them.

Blah. Ok I'm mumbling.
