Please post all Rounds with Halos between 1.25-1.50 ct. Weight!

I''m trying to make a decision as to what is a good size. My girlfriend is a size 5 finger and we picked out a setting with a large halo (Verragio 7033). I''m trying to determine if a 1.5 ct stone is too big. If you have any pictures, please post any near and far pictures of rounds with halos between 1.25 ct. and 1.5 ct in weight.

A 1.5ct with a size 5 finger would look veen bigger. I think 1.25 would be a *very* nice size for your gf. Does she like a big blingy ring or is she more modest/casual?

Here is my halo. The center diamond is 1.50 carats, and my ring size is 5.25.

I agree with dreamer... My halo is VERY similair to the Verragio 7033, it was between that ring and the one that we ulitmately choose (a Christopher Designs setting) LINK

My finger size is a 4.75 and you can see how much finger coverage it has, with just a 96 point center stone.... If she likes the bling-tastic look, by all means go with the 1.5ct center, but if she is more modest you may want to opt for a smaller center diamond. Then with the money you save you can get her a RHR to balance her hehee
