impossible to pick without images for fancies.

one is square, one is rectangular, what are you looking for exactly?

Well, just to confuse you further, I have a round stone at 1.63 cts. that is 7.6mm. Those stones are soooo deep that they face up small. A two carat round is over 8mm. Are you really stuck on radiants, or whatever those are? Very thick girdles may be hiding weight, too.

Carat weight does not tell the whole story of a stone. Also, one is almost a perfect square, while the other is more rectangular, hence the mm size differences. A lot of weight could be tied up in girdle or pavilion, etc. No way to know for sure without more info.

The rectangular one is quite deep. 74.3% compared to 69.9%. You have to consider all 3 dimensions.

Is there some reason for your panic? Are you under the gun and these are the two diamonds you can choose from? I'm sure we can find you something if you just take a deep breath and un-clench a bit. =)
