Will the inclusions be noticeable to the naked eye?
And is G color (under IGI), technically a H for GIA?

Depending on the type of inclusion, it may be visible on a 2.5ct. I viewed a round 3ct SI today and was able to see inclusions without magnification.

someone else will have to answer the IGI H vs GIA G color, I’ve never compared the two

Could be off as much as two color grades. I would stick with GIA. An SI2 diamond has a good chance of having some visible inclusions. That diamond has mushy areas in top and bottom - I would keep looking.
