Please help with this stone

Hello,
I am new to the diamond game, especially the lab diamonds. I saw this stone, and it seems way to good to be true, and I think i just need confirmation! The HCA score is .9 for a 2.03c, VS1, F color. The price is very inexpensive, so i definately have questions for what is wrong with it! The video of the stone looks great to me, so I would to know what is wrong with it! I found this on rarecarat.
