I've been looking at Whiteflash for a 7 stone ring for a while now and many of you have helped me decide on the best stone size for my ring. I was all set to get something smaller to work with my ering, placed the order, and then a few hours later got a call from DH that he had called in after I placed the order and "upgraded" me. Yeah! He has selected the WF 5 stone 1.25 ct and I'm really excited to have such a nice replacement for my wedding band. Because of the size, I will be wearing it alone and think it will look great.
Thing is, I've got a weird lump on my ring finger and wide bands won't work for me. I'm really nervous that the ring will come in and be too wide for me to wear. And, he ordered it custom (a change in the standard metal) which makes it unrefundable and nonreturnable.
I asked WF for measurements on two stock rings I was considering (and one of which I eventually ordered) but it took over 3 weeks to get the measurements back. It was during the holidays, so I get that, but three weeks? I sent an email asking for measurements but don't know when I'll get a reply.
Please, if you know the measurements for this ring, let me know the width of the band. I'd love to know the height of the gallery too if you know that. Side pictures IRL would be wonderful. Is this a heavy setting? Thick? Anything you can tell me? Please, anything to help me feel at peace about this. I'm worried that I won't be able to wear the ring and won't be able to return it either.
