Please help with a pendant

I just received a custom made pendant. I think it is really lovely, but it tilts in the neck easily and the corner “digs in”. How should this be fixied? Do you anything similar without a bail and how do is hang. Please see photos.

Oh, the cruel mistress that is physics. The center of balance point is off. I wonder if added weight to the bottom (on the back side) at the point if the heart could help.

A bail would fix the issue. The physics with a bail means there is no rotating mass issue which is what you have right now.

if you had the chain attached to each side of the heart, fixed, like they are in a DBTW piece, that would fix the issue as well.

Lovely piece, sorry you’re having this fit issue.
