Just recently bought this and it seems to be a religious type of necklace. If you know what type of necklace this is please let me know.
The necklace is 18k yellow gold contains lapis, rubies and beautiful enamel work.

It sort of reminds me of a Mezuzah. Is it Russian? Are there any marks like “56” on it?
