Please help to identify bracelet

Hello. Can somebody please tell me with this bracelet. I posted 2 photos. In first photo are 3 marks, but I can't to identify symbols, I tried to zoom in photo with marks, but quality is low. The best option is to download photo and then zoom, quality is much better, or zoom direct on this post if there is a option for it.
