Thanks for the reminder. I've seen so many phone numbers on Craig's List that I'd forgotten about the email alternative.

Speaking of alternatives, there's also a site I once found that is designed only to auction off jewelry. A year or so back I read an article about the fellow who started the site after a broken engagement left him with a non-refundable engagement ring. Unfortunately, I can't remember the URL. Maybe someone here does?

Ms. Karma, the universe is acting on your side. IMHO, you have made clear attempts to try and reunite the ring with it''s owner and now, it is yours to keep/sell/throw in a river. I suggest selling it. Lucky you!

And as a side note.....and I say this with humor......but really if I had a dollar for everyone who would definately donate to some charity `if` they won tatslotto etc!!!!!! Man its easy to be generous with hypothetical wealth and possessions!!!!!!

Its amazing how generous people would be if they get to win some great windfall. In fact some of my friends have pledged so much that I hope they never win or else they will actually be in debt!!!!

I agree you should sell it. Also, I did have success selling my previous diamond on Craigslist so I would recommend that route. Pearlman''s sounds like a good route also if you decide to go that way.

I would though like to see a picture - simply because i cannot imagine what a ring with 174 princess cuts will look like?

I can assure you, PS''ers are for the most part a responsible bunch - I doubt people would start laying claim to it. Regardless, this is totally anonymous so you don''t have to take any notice if they do..

2nd Post:: So it did show.. Ok. the diamonds also wrap around the bottom of the band (3rows). I''m going to post some more pictures as soon as I can take them. Thanks to everyone!!
