Hello, Pricescope community! I really need your expert opinion on a diamond! There is only GIA certificate and a picture from the website. I could not get any additional pictures, ASET or Idealscope. I understand that no one could guarantee that it’s a good diamond without these reports. However, there are many experts on the forum who can possibly evaluate the stone with the limited info provided. I just want to know if I should take a chance and order it to see it in person or if you see some red flags right away and it is not worth the hassle. My concerns : 1 Arrows in the picture. Is it just too much light, angle or something else going on there? 2. VS1 clarity with ‘ additional clouds’ 3. HCA 0.8. Is it too shallow = dark ? Any input would be greatly appreciated! https://www.bluenile.com/diamond-details/LD13263197 519D41A1-FA03-4B18-A940-FD5907AF54C3.png5FE2BA17-F84A-46F6-BA8F-E1198524655D.png

Based on the BN video plus specs I think it's worth seeing in person. I like it!

To me, the "additional clouds are not shown" can make a diamond looking milky easily. I would suggest you calling their customer service and ask them to check it for you.

I have to disagree slightly. Additional clouds usually dont make stones look milky. Plus, "additional clouds" isn't the same as "clarity based on clouds not shown" plus, in a VS1 I wouldn't worry at all.

Hi! Thank you for your response.
What I have heard is that VS1 means that the included cloud unable to be seen by naked eys, but additional clouds can make the overall color to by milky, depending on the location of the cloud in the diamond. I am not a profession, that is just based on what I heard from others. Many people have concerns about additional clouds.
I would still suggest Catpajamas call the customer service and ask the specialist to check the diamond and ask if there are any additional clouds in the center of the diamond, or simply ask if the additional cloud makes the diamond milky or not.

I don't think BN stones are in-house. Anyhow, looks like a nice stone to me.

@Kimqqqq Thank you for your advice I’ll make sure to check @lovedogs and @Dancing Fire I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my query. Your ‘approval’ gave me much needed confidence!
