One looks like a pitch fork or triton and under it a number like “585” maybe the next one looks like maybe a “3” or “m” in a circle and the last one looks like a “NB”

This pin appears to be hand crafted, not molded.
I don't recognize the other marks, but "585" is a European mark meaning 14k gold.
Without seeing the pin mechanism, I'd guess the style is 1940s-1960s.

The first symbol could be a harp, in the style of classical statues?
