Budget is 9k. Was looking for F to G color, VS2 or higher. Looking for the best cut that is within budget for 1.2 to 1.3 carat.

#2: total blech. Flat top and color entrapment from the deep pavilion.
1st isn't much better.
There are better than both out there, the prosumers would be glad to help you find one.
