I am currently looking at a diamond on blue nile. I have a question reqarding its specifications. could you please help.
GIA
1.53 carats
G, VS1,
Depth 63%
Table 57%
Cutlet= none
sym,pol VG, VG
Fluren= strong blue

I also looked at the GIA lab report and under comments it says pinpoints are not shown what does that mean? Does this seem like a good diamond?

Additional pinpoints not shown means there are additional inclusions in the diamond that are not indicated on the inclusion map on the certificate. My cert says the same
thing, although the appraiser only found 1 or 2. The strong blue fluor MIGHT be
an issue. As someone pointed out to me, you might not want strong fluor if you go to night-clubs a lot and don't want your ring to glow in the dark!

Welcome to the forum Cristy123,

The pinpoints in a VS1 are nothing. The 63% depth and the strong fluorescence might be. This would not be my first choice on a diamond.
