Please help me understand the #s

Recently, I lost my engagement ring and am shopping for a new diamond to replace it. I think I have the ins and outs down pretty well, but I am a little confused. When I started this search, I Googled and got a depth % of no more than 63 and table of 53-63%. I am looking at an OEC. The #s are in the attached photos.

My other pick is attached as well. Please tell me what you think! I appreciate it.

If you're looking for an OEC those aren't the numbers to use. OECs are much deeper and have smaller tables than traditional rounds. For round brilliant stones we say no more depth than 62.4%, but those rules go out the window for OECs. Plus, you can't choose an OEC by the numbers--you need to see how it moves via video.

I Want to stay at or below $10k, but for the right one, I can increase it. I think my budget is a place where my heart flutters at the stone, but my heart doesn't stop at the price.
