Leaning toward the 4.12. So much angle in the other video it's hard to see the center.
Wait until you get more opinions.
ETA I like the 3.82 but it might be the difference in lighting and filming.

Thanks so much for your inputs! Agree the 3.82 is also quite beautiful, although it's frustrating that the supplier doesn't have the same 360 vids that I could easily share.

The 4.21 is filmed badly but I think cut poorly. The LB ones aren't good, and their filming is not helpful at all. Weird enhanced lighting and not moving stones in a way that's needed to actually judge. The only one I think has any promise is rhe 4.12

After observing so many people come here looking for asschers and being so disappointed when they get stones home, I have come to the conclusion that these videos and the limited information on the cert is almost useless when trying to pick a well cut asscher. Its easy to narrow down the field and eliminate absolute dogs, but its basically impossible to pick a good one from the remaining options.

Either throw a dart among your chosen and be prepared to return many options as you hunt for one with potential, or pony up the fee to have a vendor examine the stones before you choose so they can select you a winner.

I'm inclined to agree.
The videos are getting more and more useless and well cut ones are very rare..
Small cut flaws at 1ct totally blow at 4ct.

You summed it up perfectly lol. I find it hard to tell anything from these 360 videos, but I thought it was just because I'm not trained to seek out the flaws. But I was curious if there was something blatantly obvious I was missing like light leakage or shadows etc.

Thankfully I had a chance to see both of these stones in person, and I was immediately drawn to the 4.12... I feel like I've seen so many stones (both online and IRL) and haven't felt an immediate delight until today. I think what I'm hearing is that I just need to follow my gut at this point.

Seeing them yourself is the best bet.

Back before labs we almost never saw someone trying to buy a 4ct Asscher. The biggest I remember were 2.5ct or so. Like @Karl_K said, in smaller stones cut issues aren’t as obvious. And 100% of those stones were bought with the assistance of vendors with high tech imaging.

But now asscher cuts are more accessible in labs, and at the price point I understand why people don’t want to involve vendors and raise the bottom line. And also at that price point maybe perfections isnt necessary.

So yeah, see it in person and get what you love. And share pictures please!
