I'm making a final decision between 3 stones and am looking for a sanity check (my first time buying a diamond). They are all Marquise around 3ct with similar specs.

- $1983 on loosegrowndiamonds
- 3.01ct, D, VS1, CVD, TABLE 58.0%, DEPTH 62.3%, L/W 1.95, slightly thick to thick girdle, excellent everything else.
- Video kind of sucks but I think it's a pretty clean stone, my noob eyes don't see strain, bad hue, and inclusions seem acceptable. Should I be concerned by the dark spot center top that isn't symmetrical?

- $2657 on Adiamor (top end of my budget but I worry I'm unnecessarily paying for the HPHT creation process rather than the stone).
- 3.01 ct, D, VVS2, HPHT, TABLE 59.0%, DEPTH 63.2%, L/W 1.89 (closer to my preference), slightly thick to thick girdle, biggest downside is its "only" very good symmetry.
- Looks amazing on video compared to other stones my noob eyes have seen - main reason I'm considering it
Another promising option if I can find the video/photo anywhere: 628492521, $1735.
There are a few more options with my filters under $2000 (Open to E and VS1, and up with L/W 1.95 or lower). I was previously excited about 2 stones for around $1500 but they became unavailable as I tried to place my order. Spending more than that on the stones above feels bad, but I struggled to find anything in current stock around $1500 without visible inclusions, bowties, or straining.
