Hello, I am looking for a natural pear-shaped diamond and my budget is preferably under 15k USD! I’ve been searching really hard for months and was finally directed here to ask the experts. Would anyone be able to help me find the biggest possible diamond with an excellent cut that is eye clean please? Eye clean as in clean from arm’s length but even when observed closer to my face there’s only small clear/white inclusions. II like D-F color! I do prefer a 1.5-1.6 ratio, and a stone size I tried on that I really liked was 10.95x7.25mm (2 carats). Thank you so much!

What does "eye clean" mean to you? Does it mean no flaws ever visible no matter what in any lighting at any angle or distance including while staring from just a few inches away? Or that you don't see flaws when glancing down at your finger in normal life? Or something else? There's no universal definition of "eye clean" so it's important to think about your tolerance and definition.

How low are you willing to go on color? That makes a big difference in price too.

Are you in the US?

Since fancy shapes are hard to buy (the report says nothing about how much the diamond sparkles and evaluating still photos and videos is hard), I would be inclined to reach out to a trusted vendor and tell them what you said here. For something like this, I think members here have liked working with Yekutiel at ID Jewelry and David at Diamonds by Lauren, both in NYC. I have no personal experience with either, but they've both been known to find diamonds that look good for the grade.

Hopefully others weigh in soon too!
