Hi experts,
I need some help evaluating some princess cut lab diamonds available online.
I'm looking for an eye clean, approx 2ct princess cut with no obvious color. I've read up on ideal table/depth/crown sizes etc, but it seems that these things aren't foolproof and they all depend on each other. That said, there seems to be general agreement that a table somewhere in the 65-71 range, depth of 71-76 (with table < depth), and crown ≥12% is more likely to produce the best results in terms of whatever the correct word is for sparkly.
I want 2 or 3 chevrons rather than 4 as I prefer the look of the chunkier reflections. Most online choices seem to be 4.
Armed with this, I've found the following (five - too many I know) options and would love to hear some feedback from people that actually know what they're talking about, because they all look very similar to me online. Unfortunately I can't inspect them in person. The price range is okay for me and if the more expensive stones will look better, then that's fine. I realize that VS1 is likely okay, but it just happens that the results are mostly VVS2s.
Thanks in advance for any help.
