Go with the vendor that has the setting you like or that you feel more comfortable working with.

The diamonds are both great--the only way to choose between them is to flip a coin.

Yes, they are almost the same 6.93 vs. 6.96.

Then up to individual policies and settings, flip a coin or go for B for that 0.03mm increase in diameter which you will probably never see.

The policies are basically the same with either company. I have dealt with both. Flip a coin or see if someone will come up with a better price for you to help you decide.
