Please help me choose a chain for my diamond colett pendant!

Thanks so much for linking this designer: I love everything. I just ordered the Dog Clip Fob Clasp for some charms I own, but definitely have my eye on some chains, too. Hope you find a perfect piece for your beautiful new pendant.

I just ordered the Kate! Ashley felt my other 2 top contenders were too much for wearing it the way I intend to.
 
Thank you everyone for all of the thoughts and idea's. I appreciate all of them! I reached out to Ashley and she felt the Kate would work best. When it arrives in around 3 weeks, I will take pictures! Thanks again!

I just had to add that I still love the Wynn and Georgina!!!! One of them is definitely going on my wish list. Probably the Georgina! :)

I hope I didn't mislead you, I only bought the fob clasp to try with charms and chains I already have. It shipped today and I'm so excited! Definitely eyeing the 24 inch small Belcher chain for the future! Congrats on your Kate choice!

Hi, the fob clasp came today! It was packaged exquisitely, as if it was a much more expensive piece. Very impressive!

Funny thing is that my shortest daily chain (worn for ~25 years) is a 16" Italian 18K white gold wheat chain that has a beautiful 18k gold clasp that has always settled in the front. People always try to adjust it, but it sits where it does, lol. So I put the fob on it and love it!

The fob is pretty enough to stand alone, but I have a very small OMC pendant stored away that I think will look perfect.

I also think this fob in multiples would be amazing bracelet enhancements! If I remember, @yssie posted a custom piece that I always loved. I think this swivel fob might work in a similar way.

That sounds like it was meant to be! How perfect that it works on your clasp in the front!

I don't know if you noticed, but Ashley also has an extender. It's about an inch long and has the fob clasp too. That might be fun at some point too.

I think your OMC pendant would look gorgeous on your fob.

I am going to have to do a search for Yssie's bracelet. I know Ashley has fob pierced earrings.

I would love to see pictures of your new fob clasp on your necklace!

You're welcome. I love how we are all able to help each other find new loves on Pricescope. Gussie got her large belcher chain from Ashley. She was very pleased with the quality, which lead me to getting mine!

I can't believe it, I ordered my new chain on Friday I believe, heard back on Monday. I asked them to add a jump ring. When I was contacted about that they said the chain should be shipped to me by the end of the week. I am so excited!!!!

I am thrilled you are happy with your fob clasp!

There is a lot to love!!! Which chain is a 24" chain? The belcher?

Their communication is exceptional.

Gussie did I believe and 18" belcher, the blecher bracelet, and the extender. Gave her a lot of flexibility and you can always do a little dangle where the clasps are.. you will have to look up her thread :)

Yes, the small Belcher comes in 24". The Anchor does, too (and maybe others, I haven't explored everything yet, but look forward to it!).
 
Quick update: I finally had time to brave the 100+ deg heat to go to my safe and find the little omc. I totally forgot it was on a chain and set in 14K white gold.

The AZ fob is really substantial, so the bale barely made it. I think I need to upgrade the omc setting, but it's a very small stone, so might not be worth it. I like the fob more than the stone lol.

So… my chain came on Friday but all of my siblings were in town and we had 3 birthday celebrations! It was so much fun!!! I sent an email to Ashley. I LOVE this chain!!! It is perfect with my pendant! But… I feel claustrophobic in it. My daughter loves the length. I tried wearing it these past few days and I just can’t do it:( I ordered an extender. It will ship out by the end of the week. I’ll take pictures as soon as I get it.

I’m really pleased with the weight of the chain. I worried it would be too light/delicate. While it’s not hefty, it is substantial enough for me- that’s saying something,

I believe the gold beaded chain with be my neck purchase! I am in LOVE with it!!!
 
Gosh can you send the chain back to be permanently extended?

I doubt it. That's why I went with the extender. I would much prefer the permanently extended chain. You know what, I think I will ask. All they can do is say no! Thanks @ Dreamer_D!

My apologies for being picture challenged: Many lovely people here have tried to walk me through it to no avail. I tried the app, but it doesn't recognize my password (?)

So I hated the little diamond on the pretty fob, and it skewed my chain sideways. I put the little omc back on it's chain, it's just not the right charm & not worth a reset imo.

I ordered something from VCA yesterday bc it's rare that things are available online.

For now, I put the fob back in its pretty Calvi-like case until I figure out the right charm to enhance it.
 
Oh @Rebel Rebel trust me when I say you couldn't possibly me more challenged than I am!!! It's shocking I didn't get kicked off Pricescope!!!! It took me years!

I understand, you will find the perfect charm and love it!!! It's ok if you take your time. Your beautiful fob will be waiting there when you are ready!

So what did you order from VCA?! I can't wait to see!!!

Ashley has a lot of pretty charms, so does Singleton. I had to fall in love with a new one they have. $14K! It's not happening. I saw a picture of someone wearing it, I fell hard. Just seeing it online I wouldn't have looked twice. No I can't get it out of my head! Thankfully I think it's overpriced!

I've been on a bit of a spree the past few months after deciding to overhaul the daily things I've been wearing for ~25 years!

For a while, VCA had a boutique inside Neiman Marcus here, but they left a few years ago (as did Hermes). So online is my only local option. I've been waiting over 10 years for a white gold Vintage Alhambra bracelet, but have given up!

I bought the 2020 Holiday Guilloche pendant, but didn't love the fixed chain, so returned. The only other piece I bought was a Trace chain for my daughter. So when I saw that the Sweet Alhambra pendant was available, I ordered. I'm hoping it will be a refreshing change from the pendants I currently wear because I'm tired of them, and it's in budget!

I love their Luna engraved charm too too much! Def on a wishlist for me.

But first, an Ashley chain for a piece I must wear everyday for reasons. I'm looking at the Crosby in 18 or 20 inch for that, but need to see if I like the VCA first.

I don't own any VCA. I do love the Guilloche pendant!! I'm sorry that didn't work out for you. Which Sweet Alhambra pendant did you get? How exciting! A refresh is always nice, makes me always feel good. Staying in budget is good too, so that's wonderful you were able to do that and get what you want.

What a disappointment it is when boutiques leave the area you're in:(
 
I'm sorry lol, I'm such a VCA newbie I didn't even realize there's more than one! I ordered the one with diamonds, gotta have those!!! It's $3700, $3950 with tax. I'm sorry for derailing your thread a bit, but you've definitely inspired me, so thanks!

@Rebel Rebel lol Yes I did mean Single Stone! I should caught that! I am referring to the Zodiac pendants!!! LOVE them!!! They sadly are too $$$ for me too. I think they are a little over priced. I wonder how many grams they are.

I have their small star Cobble Stone pendant. I love all of their Cobble Stone pieces. When I received the pendant I was thrilled at the weight it was and how thick it was. I feel like you don't see jewelry made like that very often anymore.

The Luna is fabulous!!!

I didn't see the Crosby on Ashley's website. I'll have to look again. All of her chains are gorgeous, you can't go wrong.

No! Gosh I know nothing about VCA! I believe I've seen more than one style. Diaonds sound good to me! No derailing at all! I love hearing about your journey! So exciting!!! You're welcome, I think you're off to a great start!
