Please help me authenticate Cartier Love ring?

Hello,

I saw this ring on Etsy, and the price was a bit good to be true.
The shop has positive reviews, and the description says

"I'm selling my pink gold authentic Cartier LOVE ring, still in great condition, come with originaI box, case and certificate of authenticity.

Width: 5.5mm.

Size 56 - 7 1/2 (Please check the Cartier sizing chart)

Thank you."

An update: seller turned out to be a scammer, kept relisting and selling this same item over and over again. Avoid seller "napedrie" "bethuniqueshop" at all costs on etsy.

Just to add up: certificates can also be easily forged for Cartier items. So even if the seller says it is full set, this is not a guarantee it will be authentic. The other type of scam is they list photo of an authentic item and send over a replica.

Can someone help me authenticate this Cartier love riNo. The rings only weigh 3g each and the Serial numbers are the same. It just doesn’t feel right to. Me....thanks.
