Avg size is about 9mm and they have a creamy white luster to them. So, do they look like freshwater cultured? Saltwater? Any info on these? This in an extra long strand too. I wish I could show you larger pics, but this is all the larger the forum will allow. thx so much.

I think (95% positive) they are freshwater pearls based on the rings. FW circled pearls look like that. Here is an Honora bracelet with circles just like your strand. For more pictures, look at Honora's Gelato line http://www.honora.com/pearljewelry/gelato/.
I have not seen circled akoya. I don't believe they exist. Akoya non-round/baroque pearls do not have circles. Tahitian pearls have circles but your strand is not Tahitian. White South Sea pearls have circles as well as button shapes, like yours, but they don't look like that either.
