Please help find this setting!

Hi Everyone,
I have been looking for something similar to this setting for quite awhile, and am having no luck. I really like the graduated diamonds down the sides, but would prefer a round center rather than princess. This picture came from a diamond simulant site, and I would like to see something "real." I know I could get custom quotes, but for now I''m just looking for pictures to dream about! Thank you in advance!

Any suggestions for wedding bands with this ring? I know that all of the detail on the sides won''t lend itself well to something that sits flush.... but any suggestions are welcome!
