Hey guys! Im looking to buy a white gold engagement ring with a round diamond.
My budget is around $8,500 and she wants a simple band which will cost less than $1,000.
After doing research my major concerns are an ideal cut and preferably 1.3-1.4 ct.
I do not care too much on clarity as long as it is completely eye clean.
As far as color I read that i looks white enough and can have great value.

This is a diamond that was suggested to me which looks very nice but a little out of my price range.

I found this diamond which i think may be comparable while a little more reasonably priced.

This diamond has a strong fluorescence which i read may actually be helpful for i colored diamonds.

Please let me know your thoughts. Any advice would be appreciated! Or if you can suggest other diamonds that will fit my budget that would be amazing! Thanks in advance guys!

The last two ones are the same diamond.

The 1.31 looks nicer to me and also appears cleaner at 20x. I'm sure both are eye clean though. For the ~10% price difference I'd do with the 1.31.

What kind of setting are you looking for? Are you set on using james allen or open to others? Here is one from WF, and depending on your setting could be around budget.

with

Total is 8506$.

The last diamond you posted is the same link as the 2nd one in your original post. Out of the two you posted, I much prefer the first one. Again, depends on the setting you are looking at if that is do-able. You can also mention you are from pricescope, there is a small discount that is sometimes given.

That one has a HCA of 3.9 so it isn't likely to perform well. Even though the 1.31 is pushing your budget I would try to get it. I don't know if JA can do ASETS but if so then maybe they can do those three for you and we can see how they perform. Since your soon to be fiance wants a simple setting you can do a simple classic 6 prong even in 14k. That should be right under your budget. And later she can change the setting if she wants.

Unfortunately I don't think JA does ASET for Round Diamonds. Do you think it is an issue to buy the Diamond without the ASET?

ASET's aren't very helpful for rounds - you need idealscope images for rounds, and JA will do that.
