Brilliance being my top priority ! Sparkle is best! How does this stone rate? I can't read these pictures lol. Please help! I need to give an answer by tomorrow morning! :/ thank you in advance! oh and the HCA online tool rated it at 3.8 which is alarming me!! They say under 2 is very good. So I am scared !

Please either post a copy of the certificate or the numbers of the actual stone as well.

Don't be scared.
Just reject it since it scored over 2.0.
Let someone else buy it who doesn't know any better.

You say light return is your top priority ... so keep shopping.

Notice how dark it is under the table? Hmmmm.

Thank-you for your response! I was told not to make any decisions using the HCA tool. But in this case, I want it to at least be under 2.

If a seller is telling you that I'd find another seller.
They likely sell poorly cut diamonds and cut tools reveal this.
