hi everyone! this is my first post here. i just bought a cushion cut x-factor style (modified cushion) from Lauren B a few weeks ago. It’ll sit in a single halo. it’s beautiful.
I went to 2 other jewlers as well and saw probably a total of 10-12 diamonds. I chose this one based on a number of factors, including the way it looked in person, the way it shined/sparked/brilliance, price range and it fell within my range of specs (I was looking for H-I and VVS to VS clarities), reputation, etc.
Question is: can you please check out my GIA grading report and let me know if my 2 carat diamond is on paper within good ranges of a well-cut diamond? I know the diamond looked good in person, but I’ve been constantly reading and watching videos online post-purchase, basically fueling my anxiety because I won’t see the finished ring for another few weeks.
