please find below the cert of the stone I am interested in. Could you please comment on the angles.
This stone checks out well on HCA but I am a little bit conserned about 35/40.8 combo.

On numbers looks fine, however a 35 Crown angle on a GIA report could mean that the actual averaged CA is anywhere between 34.76 to 35.24 degrees.
