This seems to be a good stone at a good price.
Any comments? I want to make sure I get a good cut.
Should I inquire on the angles? If so, what criteria do I use to evaluate them?

Jpdoane, these numbers fall into AGA class 1. There is very good chance to be a great stone.

I don't think having crown and pavilion angles will be of much help because there are several other factors (minor facets) that can affect fancy cut diamond performance.

You can ask your vendor, or idependent appraiser, or use idealscope to evaluate the cut further.
