Please advise on an OVAL

Hello.

I have been in the market for a 1 ct. oval cut for a few months now. I've done a lot of looking and have finally found what I think is a great stone for my budget.

Here is everything I know about it:
.96 ct
F - color
VS2 - clarity (cloud is the only thing listed as a charateristic)
Length to width ratio - 1.34
Depth - 63.7
Table - 61
Thick to Very thick girdle
No Floresence
No culet
No bowtie
Price $3100

I have this stone on hold right now and would really appricate some advice before I take the plunge into buying it!

Hi there,

Is the diamond GIA certified? The girdle is thick, which means that more of the weight is there rather than on the diamond's spread.
If this diamond is GIA certified, then the price is good.
