Playing around with diamonds and gold

The components of this ring are vintage, so I guess I can post in this thread!
I have this nugget pendant that I never liked. The diamond needed a new life.
So I paired it with this old band that was kicking around on my bench.
I call it Guerilla jewelry making. I just wrestle with the parts 'til something takes shape!

I got this 'switching-stone' idea from @TheGarnetGirl , who keeps inspiring me! (Hey G-Girl)
Its a teeny .15, so I will wear it as a stack ring. It has a few inclusions, but for a stack ring, it is fine!
