Platinum mixture

Can someone tell me what the preferable platinum mixture should be? Should this be something I ask my jeweler?

I saw somewhere on this site where someone mixed 900 plat/100 iridium so that the platinum will stay shinier. I believe she bot the setting from Michael Devlin Jewelers (go to his website). I think if you ask a jeweler that makes custom setting can help you find the right metal mix.
