Plan on calling Whiteflash this weekend. Any tips?

OK, I plan on calling WF this weekend and I wanted to know if you guys have any tips for me.

I have an idea of what kind of diamond I am looking for. I know the spec range. I know to ask if it's eye-clean, I know to mention the pricescope discount. Anything else I'm missing?

I'm not sure what to expect when I call. Are they willing to go through details with me, looking at multiple options, etc, or do I need to know exactly what I want before I call?

If I call back, can I get the same agent or do I need to start fresh with someone else?

Any other info that you think I need to know before diving into this whole WF experience?

My first suggestion is to call Friday as I believe they are closed on Saturday and Sunday! I would always try to deal with the same salesperson each time.

They are pretty patient over there - I think I have changed my mind on my stone choice about 15 times and it never seems to bother any of them.
Ask as many questions as you have and ask their opinion on as many stones as you want - I really feel like they actually do want to find the perfect choice for you (unlike most salespeople).

The main thing is more of a personal thing/diamond thing and not necessarily a WF thing--know your budget, it''s easy to get wishy washy and keep pushing it up and up for that *little* bit more quality.

The staff at WF is pretty good they will take good care of you.
