Plain wedding band - how wide?

Im looking to get a plain domed wedding band that I can leave on. I’d then use the diamond one as a stack/eternity band. Would you match the width of the e-ring (2mm), or the width of the wedding band (closer to 3)?

That is a matter of preference, but I’d* want something a bit wider, in case I didn’t want to stack & just wear it alone or with the ER. 2.5mm-3mm should be a good width, without taking up too much space, and looking out of place...

I would probably go in between...like 2.5mm. Would be nice if you could try some on somewhere to see what you prefer tho.

I'd match the width of the e-ring AND get a thicker band cuz variety is the spice of life!

i couldn't decide between 2 and 3mm either and ended up going w/ 2.5 - turned out to be a good solution for me, doesn't take much room but doesn't look weird on its own.

I'd go to a local store and try on some different widths. I prefer matching widths for the most part, but something in between could work well.
