Places to find earrings...

Hi Everyone,
My Grandma gave me a pair of her gemstone earrings a few years back. I never wear them b/c they are yellow gold which isn''t my thing. I want to have them set in either sterling or white gold. I also want a screw on back so that I can wear them all the time. I am looking for a website that will sell me the setting and then I will take it to my jeweler and have him set everything. Anyone have any suggestions?

I was at the jeweler today and they told me that it is easy to plate yellow gold to white gold. Not so easy the other way around. Perhaps you can just re-plate them to white gold.
