Glad everything worked out.
Fedex sucks. I hate when companies use them. At least WF does the "hold for pickup" option. I don''t mind that so much. Kind of a lesser of two evils for people who work and the billing address is to their home. Plus, Fedex sometimes won''t even come deliver to the house. They''ll just return to their home depot and "log" it as "attempted delivery". I sat staring at the freaking street for 6 hours on X-mas eve waiting for a package and during that time, the Fedex delivery dude claimed to have made an attempt. I even accosted another Fedex delivery guy who was bringing something to my neighbor. I''m not a fan of the "not giving a tracking number" policy either, but at least it sounds like WF will help out the customer if there''s a problem. Ritz Camera won''t. Their customer service sucks even more. Told me to talk to FedEx but FedEx couldn''t help me since they couldn''t find a package scheduled to be delivered to me that day and needed the tracking number to figure out where that package was. That was a lovely way to spend X-mas eve.
