Like many of us, I'm sure, I feel bad that ILikeShiny's recent thread on her ring has been overtaken by other discussions. @ILikeShiny - I failed to say when I posted in your thread, but I think the cads for your ring look stunning and I hope you adore the end product, even if the path there hasn't been what you wanted. I'd LOVE to see photos if you're still happy to share!
I was wondering if there's a way to have pinned threads for vendors where people can focus on their experience with someone, without detailing any individual's thread on a specific item of their jewellery?
Maybe if there's a standalone 'experience' thread the discussion might be more helpful? It would definitely help anyone thinking of using a particular vendor to have one particular thread that included lots of people's experience of them - you could easily see by scrolling through one thread what the overall balance of opinion/experience was.
Or do people think that would get messy?! Any good ideas? I know when I first started using PS to research a particular vendor, I found it a bit haphazard to look at lots of individual threads to get an idea of feedback on that vendor. Plus there's always the risk that your search will miss one highly favourable, or extremely negative, experience that may colour your whole opinion.
