picture perfect?

if i would post a pic of my ring in this forum, would it be possible for somebody here to check if the diamond is good or not?

I am not an expert but I doubt anyone could give you a thorough, accurate analysis of your stone soley viewing from an Internet picture. You may post a good, clear 10X pic and get opinions on its general appearance, but I would take the stone to an appraiser if you have any doubts or concerns.

As you probably can tell from many photos, a sparkly diamond will look sparkly in pictures and a crisp arrows pattern may be visible but for a true understanding of your stone, I think you need the specs and an expert/someone knowledgeable to examine the stone in person.
