As mentioned in DT, these look like two different rings. I could almost believe, in the second ring, that the color is reflected from her clutch.

I don't think that's the ring, it might be her engagement ring instead.

Photographing diamonds is tricky; colored ones even moreso. A minor change in angle can completely change the appearance. And those shots are substantial enlargements of pictures that were taken several feet away. So you can't really draw any conclusions from those two photos.

But I've seen her e-ring, and that's not it--it's one on her left hand in the pictures from that appearance.

Wait until he goes to jail, if he does. Many famous athletes have been charged with crimes like this; very few have been convicted. Juries just don't like doing it. Kobe isn't Mike Tyson. My guess is he will walk no matter what the evidence is.
