Stone 1 is around $8900, stone 2 is around $8000, Stone 3 is around $7500.

I'd choose 1 or 2. Tough decision, because I like both stones and both vendors, but the overriding factor for me is that I prefer GIA H color over AGS I color since GIA can be stricter on color.

I'm not the best at reading ASETs. Anything about 3 that stands out that you don't like? (It's from a reputable PS vendor, just don't have a link to it online yet)

No, they all look fine. The color is the major difference.

Does your opinion change at all if this is in a round halo and the top view is all that will be seen? (I don't know if that impacts how easily colour/tint can be seen. Some vendors have told me that the difference between H and I when going into a halo isn't worth paying for as they all look pretty much the same in that range from the top and you'd mostly see tint from the side.)

Well, I have seen high I color stones where I would say that is true, and I have seen I color stones where I could see the tint face up. So they cannot say that in a general way because the I color range is where you can start seeing tint.

I'd go with 2 or 3, but probably pick 3 because it costs less. I would NOT go with #1...
