photoshop expert needed

Hi can someone photoshop this pendant for me.
1st pic request I would like the blue topaz removed and see how it would look like with just the amethyst and peridot.
2nd pic request I would like the blue topaz replaced with diamonds.

I really like this look and might even consider getting a matching ring.

Thank you so much! I think I like the way it looks with the diamond. Hmmm...come to think of it, the color of the amethyst looks kind of red.... maybe you are right and it is a garnet...

The last pic, the one with the diamond, can you replace the garnet with amethyst.

but I will not be purchasing from them...instead I will ask my jeweler to replicate something similar to that. This is actually a gift idea that I thought was great for my sister in law, who is also the godmother of my son. I just thought it was nice to get her a pendant with her birthstone and my son''s birthstone.

I agree! What a nifty way to celebrate motherhood! Love the look of this pendant...

I love the last combination and with the colour touch-ups. I think it''s a neat idea to have the birthstones set this way as a Mother''s Day gift.
