I did a search but can''t find it if there is. Anyone have any ideas?

I''m getting a pear diamond and am thinking about the setting and saw yours and love it!

I'd be happy to provide photos and any questions you may have.

Anyway, I am going to post some photos here. The ring was made by Leon, 811 Adriana style. I asked him to make it as delicate as possible and he did. However, I am now thinking the band is a little too thin. It's 1.8mm I think and a little too thin for the stone. 2mm would look better, IMO.

Phoenix, did you used to have a separate thread for this ring? I remember seeing a thread a few months ago for a pear in the 3ct range with a halo and pave band...and then suddenly I couldn''t find it...and I was sad

If it was indeed your thread, I must tell you that it single-handedly converted me from a wanting a cushion to NEEDING a pear!

Also what are the specs on that pear? carat size? size of stones in the halo? is in set or micropave?

I can't wait to see your ring. I'm sure it's going to be gorgeous. You seem to be much more systematic than I am. I had no idea and still don't what the proportions were going to be and how they relate to each other. I just picked a design on the LM website (with the help of other PS'ers), asked him to make something like that but make it "delicate" and voila....

Your ring is going to be adorable too. When do you get it? Please post pics when you get it. Can't wait to see them...

It''s a 3.50ct, H Si2. I can''t remember the size of the melee (I just know they''re tiny and very sparkly, teee heee). It''s a micropave.
