Peter Suchy is very meticulous and knowledgeable, and has a gorgeous stock of beautiful estate jewelry and diamond rings. He also has made some very well proportioned and intricate settings. I wanted to buy an estate Asscher engagement ring from him, but could not get his price down to the level I wanted. One of his bench people (not Peter himself) did a horrid job on a repair, and I was extremely upset - think this was an anomaly. The store is well known in Fairfield County for the gorgeous inventory, and it caters to an upscale market I would say. I did purchase expensive earrings there and always take my high end watches there for service. Peter sells on Ebay too. I would say that he is highly trustworthy and his enthusiasm and passion for beautiful pieces shows in all he does. It is well worth a visit if only to browse.
