Periwinkle and Lavender Sapphire Ring (So Excited!)

I'll drop a photo of what it originally looked like for the beginning, but be prepared for a lot of pics.

I originally had an asscher in the setting, but the proportions of center stone to bothered me for some reason, but I knew I LOVED the setting. Then I got this stone and one day it was like a light bulb turned on. The stone looks SO MUCH BETTER in a halo vs in the three stone.

lavender/periwinkle color shifter

No windows or anything, but not a perfect cut by any means!

Setting is from Coast Diamonds and is .33ctw
14kt wg
size 6.5

I tried taking pics at the beach. Lol. That was surprisingly difficult, what with the sun being bright and all. I couldn't see anything on my camera so I was just hoping things were in focus.

Last one. I haven't taken this one out for a real photoshoot. These were all just me going, "Hey, it looks really pretty right now, I should take a picture." and pulling out my phone (iPhone 4s) and snapping pics.

So maybe I'll actually pull out a real camera one of these days...or at least my macro lens.

MrsCornishWed - I feel like the halo makes it almost glow among the diamonds, if that makes sense? I actually quite liked the three stone setting, but I had another stone in the halo setting that I wanted to replace, and the sapphire fit perfectly - no other stone did!

Thanks LK! I feel like I've been adding something new to my collection every week lately. I have one more CS project that might be ready soon and then a diamond project, and afterwards, I'll be done for a while I think.
