Paypal help please

Hi!

I add a new credit card on my paypal and immediatly after I wanted to pay for an item bought on ebay. Ebay always responds that the transaction can not be completed. What to do? Do you have an idea to help me please?

It takes a few days for Paypal to "confirm" your credit card before you can start using it. This extra processing step is a necessary security /protection step.

What's the error code that eBay posts with the decline? In certain circumstances they won't process your transaction, you'll need to contact paypal and verify your credit details. What I think has happened is your credit information doesn't match perfectly with your address and it has been flagged for potential fraud.
