This is what lies on the surface.  What I also have noticed,

- you are very curious about life in general.  Whenever we hit an interesting topic that is remotely related to stones, you dig out a picture, a photo, some information on it and share it with us

- you are obviously a very loving mother

But you know what really surprised me?  Your story about losing your spessartine.  Just the beginning of it, "I was buying groceries..."  At that point, my jaw dropped.  "Wow! This woman who has regal jewelry is BUYING HER OWN GROCERIES?"
