Padparadscha cert - preferred lab/s?

Are there preferred labs for padparadscha certifications?

The ones I've seen the most are GIA, AGTA, GRS

I've also seen EGL, GIT, AIGS. And some other random ones.

Are there any labs that should be avoided or are worthless?

In-house certs such as found at NSC, are, I assume, useless.

You'll find that most people will send their colored stones like pads to AGL.

Okay so if a vendor is offering a pad that's certified with GRS, should I request it to be sent to AGL?

If GRS certifies a stone as an unheated padparadscha, is that a reliable designation?
